We’re looking for an Implementation Manager to join our Pricing squad in London. This role is a unique opportunity to have an impact on Wise's mission by enabling delivery of critical projects across all business verticals. You will play a critical part in ensuring that our pricing is fair, transparent, competitive, and implemented flawlessly across every product and route globally.
You’ll be the bridge between commercial pricing and pricing engineering teams in Wise on one hand, and global product teams that want to launch new products that need pricing support, on the other.

We operate with one of the most detailed cost & pricing structures - with the aim of ensuring that customers pay only for what they use. You will be responsible for the execution of the end-to-end quarterly reprice process - including coordinating with stakeholders, managing timelines, managing pricing communications, and ensuring all changes are deployed accurately and on-time
Collaborate with cross-functional teams beyond pricing (compliance, product teams, regional teams, marketing) on the reprice process execution
Work with global product and regional teams to ensure effective implementation of new routes, prices and taxes
Collaborate with product, engineering, finance, and compliance teams to ensure repricing-related operational processes are set up to satisfy business objectives, regulatory and audit requirements and technical specifications
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and guide product engineering teams in the development of required solutions
This role will give you the opportunity to:
Drive excellence in the reprice delivery process, directly impacting Wise's global customer base
Collaborate with diverse teams across Wise, gaining exposure to various aspects of the business and helping us deliver projects at scale
Grow professionally into a leader in delivery, honing your skills in cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and process optimisation
A bit about you:
You’re highly customer-focussed. Customers are at the heart of whatever you do
You have 4+ years of experience delivering outputs in complex, high-volume organizations - using a mix of product and process solutions
You are extremely hands-on, detail-oriented, able to execute at pace, and committed to doing whatever it takes to ensure the success of the team and the processes you’re responsible for
You are skilled in cross-functional teamwork, stakeholder management and you can influence teams to improve processes and tools
You’re a clear communicator who can keep a diverse set of stakeholders informed through every step of the process
You’re comfortable working with data
