Senior Implementation Consultant - CPQ

About the postion

Experlogix is looking for a driven and experienced Senior Implementation consultant CPQ. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

 

Project & Client Focus 

  • Ensure quality and client satisfaction during CPQ implementations. 
  • Hold discovery workshops with customers and partners and create solution designs. 
  • Create user stories and estimates.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

 

Operational & Strategic 

  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks. 
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support for smooth project handoffs and client success. 
  • Contribute to company-wide initiatives and strategic improvements. 


Leadership & Team Development 

  • Coach, mentor, and support other team members. 
  • Foster a culture of trust, open communication, and accountability. 
  • Encourage innovation and empower other team members to take initiative. 

 

 What You Bring 

  • 5+ years experience in leading (big) CPQ implementations.
  • In depth knowledge on, and experience with ERP manufacturing (e.g., Dynamics 365, SAP). 
  • Strong knowledge of solution architecture, business process mapping, and system integrations. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results and continuous learning. 
  • English (C1) and German (C2) language advanced level required.

 

 Preferred 

  • Dutch language skills.
