Senior Implementation Consultant

AI overview

Act as a trusted advisor and product expert guiding customers through onboarding, platform adoption, and long-term success with a focus on strategic support and project management.

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Implementation Consultant to join our US team. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor and product expert, guiding customers through seamless onboarding, platform adoption, and long-term success.

This is a full-time hybrid position based in our New York office, where we’d love to see you 1–2 times per week.

Some of the things you’ll work on:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing strategic support to help them achieve both short and long-term goals on the Adverity platform.
  • Lead customer onboarding end-to-end, translating complex business needs into tailored technical solutions and best-practice recommendations.
  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers — owning timelines, deliverables, communication, and project success from kickoff to steady state.
  • Take ownership of customer escalations, coordinating internally to resolve issues efficiently and maintain strong, trusted relationships.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions to empower users, drive adoption, and ensure sustained value creation.
  • Monitor platform usage and key success metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Partner with Account Management to support expansion opportunities, run solution demos, and guide technical trial implementations.
  • Channel customer feedback into actionable insights that help shape Adverity’s product roadmap and enhance the overall customer experience.

We're excited if you have:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in SaaS Implementation, Professional Services, or Customer Success or similar roles.
  • Experience working in or with a media agency is essential. You understand how agencies operate, manage campaigns, and use data.
  • A strong understanding of the media and advertising industry, with a passion for data-driven marketing.
  • Familiarity with APIs, SQL, or similar technical tools, enough to understand data flows and integrations.
  • Experience handling customer escalations with professionalism, composure, and solution-oriented communication.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently, with strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, including presenting to and engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.

Why you’ll love it here:

  • Flexible working hours and home-office
  • Internal shares program (EDPP)
  • 401k matching scheme
  • 20 days PTO (excl. US public holiday and additional sick days)
  • Ergonomic workspace and cutting edge technology
