Job Role: Senior IAM Architect
Location: Copenhagen, Denmark
Duration: 6-12 month contract
Working Mode: Hybrid (3 days onsite a week)
Job description:
Senior architect with IAM knowledge:
Responsibilities:
Drive implementation of IAM solution across Veeva vault, legacy components and platform teams building on existing tech stacks
Design a future IAM solution based on industry best practice and Entra implementation and help sketch a path forward for implementation across platforms
Collaborate with cross initiatives and affiliates to ensure employees are enabled in Veeva Vault SaaS solution
Support line of business in implementing access mgt. across Safety system suite supporting internal, external and external employees
Perform gap analysis on existing roles & permissions across affiliates and future global implementation
Support line of business mapping out RBAC according to Veeva standard
Assess existing IAM frameworks, policies, security and procedures to align with industry standards and compliance requirements.
Provide guidance and best practices to other team members.
Stay updated with emerging IAM technologies and industry trends, implementing innovative solutions where applicable.
To be successful in this role, we believe that you should have:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of proven experience as an Architect working with SaaS implementations.
In-depth knowledge of IAM principles, including authentication, authorization, SSO, LDAP, Azure Active Directory (AAD) and MS Entra
Excellent understanding of security best practices and compliance standards.
Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate technical concepts effectively and collaborate with diverse teams.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent at driving a project, engaging with relevant stakeholders, ensuring progress and buy in from leadership
Other qualifications which would be beneficial:
Relevant certifications
Experience with Veeva vault products or specifically Veeva Vault Safety
Experience with Oracle Argus
Experience with GxP validation processes
Experience with Pharma and understanding of the Safety domain
Familiarity with IAM solutions
Familiarity with best practices for Agile development in SAFe framework or similar
