What You’ll Do *Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance on people strategy, organizational structure, and team development *Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for your assigned business unit(s) — from sourcing to final offer stage *Act as the primary HR point of contact for all hiring-related needs within your business unit(s) *Implement and support core HR processes such as performance management, talent development, and engagement initiatives *Analyze HR data to drive insights, identify improvement areas, and support decision-making *Champion a people-first culture while contributing to the company’s growth goals What We’re Looking For * Minimum 5 -6 years of HR experience, ideally in fast-paced, tech-oriented environments * Strong track record of recruitment delivery, particularly in IT roles * Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors * Deep understanding of end-to-end HR processes and labor regulations * Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills * Strategic mindset with the ability to be hands-on when needed * English is a strong plus Teamwork Expectations *High learning agility capacity *Ability to help the team while creating a sustainable product with higher quality, *Ability to offer practical solutions, *Ability to direct all kinds of technical and non-technical negotiations in a way that results in a positive outcome. *Ability to have a good grasp of the team, task, and/or customer issues and collaborate with relevant managers when necessary, and swiftly prevent or resolve these, *Ability to act with common sense while solving problems.
