The Senior HR Business Partner – EMEA is a strategic leadership role responsible for partnering with senior business leaders across the EMEA region to drive organizational effectiveness, performance, and growth. Operating in a fast-paced, private equity–backed environment, this role leads the regional HR agenda while managing and developing the EMEA HR team across the UK, Italy, and France.
This position acts as a trusted advisor to regional leadership, aligning people strategy with commercial objectives, operational execution, and change initiatives. The role requires strong business acumen, comfort with complexity, and the ability to translate strategy into practical, scalable people solutions.
