To strengthen our Business Unit Platform Operations in the Marketing area, we are looking for a 
 

(Senior) Hubspot Admin (m/f/d) 

(Hybrid in Cologne or remote within Germany / Full-time / Permanent contract) 

Your Responsibilities 

• Take ownership of HubSpot CRM administration and configuration, including marketing automations (e.g., email workflows, marketing analytics, system workflow automations) 

• Ensure data integrity and continuously optimize workflows for marketing teams 

• Manage user permissions, integrations, and system updates 

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, Custom Code automations (JS) and automation processes 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable Customer Journey and Marketing Automations 

• Conceptualize and lead the implementation of marketing and system process automation projects 

• Provide training and support for HubSpot users and troubleshoot issues 

Requirements

Your Profile 

• Degree in Marketing, Business, IT or equivalent professional experience 

• Several years of hands-on experience with Hubspot CRM in an administrative role 

• Strong understanding of marketing automatio and data segmentation 

• Familiarity with API integrations and data sync between Hubspot and other tools, e.g. Salesforce and Zuora  

• Solution-oriented, collaborative and communicative hands-on personality with strong organisational skills, paired with a structured approach to work 

• Business fluent English skills – German is a plus
