In This Role

In this role, you will serve as a senior functional liaison supporting enterprise compensation solutions, including promotions, rewards, and stock programs. You will work closely with Compensation, HR, Payroll, Finance, Engineering, and Data teams to ensure compensation processes are translated into clear functional requirements and delivered accurately through enterprise HR systems. You will play a key role in requirements gathering, solution validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and release readiness to support critical compensation cycles. This position requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to ensure data integrity, compliance, and scalable solution delivery.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements gathering sessions with HR, Compensation, Payroll, Finance, and technical stakeholders
  • Analyze business processes and translate compensation policies into functional requirements and solution designs
  • Create and maintain functional documentation, including requirements, process flows, and solution specifications
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity
  • Conduct impact analysis and identify system, process, and data dependencies
  • Define and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, test case development, and defect tracking
  • Support release planning, validation, and production readiness activities
  • Ensure data accuracy, audit readiness, and compliance with compensation policies and controls
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce operational risk
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and documentation for compensation-related system enhancements

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
  • 8+ years of Business Analyst experience, preferably supporting HR, Compensation, or enterprise business systems
  • Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and functional analysis
  • Experience supporting enterprise HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar platforms
  • Experience managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, defect tracking, and release validation
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business productivity tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Compensation, Rewards, Promotions, or Performance Management programs
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central or similar HRIS platforms
  • Understanding of HR data flows, integrations, and downstream system dependencies (Payroll, Finance, Reporting)
  • Experience supporting enterprise system implementations or large-scale HR initiatives
  • Familiarity with audit controls, compliance requirements, and regulated business processes
  • Experience working in large enterprise environments with complex stakeholder structures
  • Experience supporting release cycles, change management, and production readiness activities

Salary Range 

At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market. For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $90,000 to $100,000 per annum. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.
