Roles and Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with business priorities and support effective goal cascade across the organization.
  • Coach managers to elevate performance management discipline, strengthen leadership behaviors, and enable differentiated talent and feedback practices.
  • Identify critical roles, high-potential talents, top performers, and partner with Tx to drive talent reviews, development, and succession planning to mitigate capability and continuity risks.
  • Provide regular organizational and people insights to business leaders through data and diagnostics, and recommend solutions in structure, capability, and operating models to improve efficiency.
  • Lead the execution of key HR programs and governance processes, ensuring compliance, and effective delivery of enterprise HR initiatives.
  • Utilize people data, dashboards, and analytics to generate actionable insights that help business leaders on decision, workforce planning, and organizational optimization.

Hiring Requirements:

Must Have

  • 6-10 years HRBP or HR Generalist experience in multinational or high-growth environments. Working closely with dpt of engineering/Supply Chain/Commercial/SC Ops is preferred.
  • Strong business oriented mindset and business acumen with at least 5 years ‘real’ HRBP experience.
  • Strong analytical capability in diagnosing organizational issues (structure, capabilities, leadership effectiveness) and other people related data to spot the smoke.
  • High learning agility, proactive mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communicator and influencer, verbal and written in English.
  • Solid experience in key stakeholder management (tough situation) and problem solving capability.
  • Strong execution discipline with experience managing P&C or cross-functional projects.
  • High EQ, Proactive and resourceful.
  • OE mindset, positive, open for feedback and great sense of urgency.

Nice to Have

  • MBA or master graduate from reputable universities will be a plus.
  • Experience in partner with engineering/Supply Chain/operations functions.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Oracle, and office softwares.
  • Experience in change management or working in a global matrix organization.

Travel

  • As required by business needs.
