We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team and support our growth by providing comprehensive HR solutions to our rapidly expanding team. As an HR Business Partner at CoreWeave, you’ll work closely with assigned business units (BUs).
As a Senior HR Business Partner at CoreWeave, you will play a pivotal role in helping our organization thrive by effectively managing various HR programs and initiatives. The HRBP will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders and drive performance management, career development, employee recognition, engagement, employee relations, workforce planning, and talent development. This role is critical in ensuring our workforce is aligned with our mission and values, fostering a positive work environment, and contributing to our ongoing success.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $155,000-$175,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
