Senior HR Staff

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• More than 5 years' experience in providing impactful HR solutions in areas including organizational development, workforce management, employee relations and policy implementation
• Proven experience in driving HR transformation initiatives and providing recommendations to support effective structural development.
• Experience as HR Generalist handling talent management, compensation and benefits, employee relations and learning and development

Others:

• Good in English communication both oral and written
• Knowledge in computer operations and software applications such as Microsoft Windows/ Offices
• Has strong interpersonal skills
• Adept at problem-solving including being able to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Must have good analytical thinking skills
• Should be confident and able to think decision thoroughly even under pressure
• Has keen attention to details and accuracy
• Systematic/ organized and able to prioritize and handle multiple activities with competing deadlines
