Senior HR Operations Manager

About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and seasoned HR professional who is passionate about driving operational excellence and building scalable HR processes. The ideal candidate is an HR enthusiast with deep expertise in core HR operations, compliance, and team leadership, ensuring seamless employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)
  • Drive and optimize HR processes, policies, and SOPs for efficiency and scalability
  • Oversee employee data management, HRMS governance, and ensure data accuracy
  • Manage payroll inputs, attendance systems, leave management, and vendor coordination
  • Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.)
  • Lead audits and ensure HR processes are always audit-ready
  • Manage and mentor the HR operations team, ensuring high performance and accountability
  • Act as a point of contact for escalations and complex employee queries
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align HR operations with business goals
  • Drive employee experience initiatives and continuous improvement projects

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in core HR Operations
  • Strong expertise in Indian labor laws, compliance, and statutory requirements
  • Proven experience in leading HR operations teams
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS systems and automation tools
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
