As a passionate and proactive Senior HR Officer, you'll join our team as our first dedicated colleague for all hard HR tasks. In this role, you’ll combine operational work with strategic projects. You'll be in the driver's seat to shape the foundations of our HR vision, contributing directly to the foundation of a strong HR vision. Some of the key responsibilities:
1. Operational HR:
Handle payroll for multiple countries and ensure timely and accurate processing of salaries and benefits.
Manage employee contracts, onboarding, and off-boarding processes.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, acting as the first point of contact for all People-related queries.
Be a trusted advisor to employees and managers by handling questions related to policies and processes; handle sensitive employee information with discretion
2. Strategic HR:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and values.
Build scalable frameworks for compensation, retention, and performance management.
Partner with managers on opportunities to improve the employee experience and overall efficiency across the company
3. Culture & Engagement:
Foster a positive work environment by championing company culture and core values.
Design and execute initiatives to boost employee engagement and satisfaction.
Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, offering guidance on people-related topics.
4. HR Projects & Continuous Improvement:
Lead people-related projects such as implementing a new HRIS, salary benchmarks, optimizing workflows, or introducing best practices.
Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Stay updated on HR trends and innovations to keep our practices modern and competitive.
