You will serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, manage HR administration, and support payroll processes. Your expertise in HR operations will help create a seamless employee experience while ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
Profound experience with HR administration, payroll processes, and labor laws.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with a people-first mindset.
Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).
