We're looking for a Senior HR Generalist to join our HR team and help elevate the employee experience for 500+ team members. Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you'll be a trusted partner to employees and leaders alike — handling everything from onboarding and employee relations to compliance and process improvement.
This is a role for someone who doesn't wait to be asked. You spot what needs fixing, you build what's missing, and you bring people along with you. This position is based in our corporate office in Downtown Phoenix and follows a hybrid schedule.
