What You’ll Be Doing
The Senior Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for…
Managing all aspects of the Medical Group’s offboarding, onboarding, and employee status changes with a highly organized approach, ensuring seamless transitions and clear communication
Ensuring all compliance paperwork, including employee records and legal documentation, is completed accurately and up to date
Partnering with internal stakeholders, such as Practice Managers to provide guidance and support on HR-related matters
Acting as the first point of contact for provider concerns, ensuring accurate documentation and prompt resolution of issues while maintaining compliance with policies and regulations
Oversee and continuously improve the provider onboarding process to ensure a seamless and engaging experience
Utilize insights from exit interviews to improve onboarding processes and ensure alignment with long-term retention strategies
Staying updated on current Human Resources best practices and industry trends, and supporting HR projects that enable operational excellence and innovation
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align People Operations initiatives with organizational objectives
Embodying our culture as an Iris ambassador in both internally and externally facing capacities
Embracing a continuous-learning mindset, proactively availing of upskilling opportunities in emerging HR areas and adapting to new business needs as they arise

A deep understanding of employee relations and the ability to navigate sensitive workplace issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Practice Managers, clinicians, and staff at all levels.
Familiarity with healthcare settings and the unique challenges faced by clinical staff.
Knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements in a healthcare environment.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Project management skills to support HR initiatives through organizational changes
Proficiency in HRIS systems and tools.
What Would Set You Apart

4-6 years of HR experience, preferably in a healthcare or clinical setting.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
PHR or SHRM-CP certification.
Experience working with multi-location teams and providing remote support
