We are seeking an HR Business Partner to join our growing international team. This position is ideal for a strategic and collaborative HR professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys driving organizational effectiveness, culture, and people strategy.
As a trusted advisor to business leaders, you will shape and execute HR strategies that enable growth, performance, and engagement across multiple locations. You will act as the bridge between leadership and employees, aligning people initiatives with business objectives and ensuring a consistent, high-performing employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership
- Partner with middle and senior management to understand business goals and translate them into effective people strategies that drive performance and growth.
- Provide strategic counsel on workforce planning, organization design, and talent development.
- Analyse HR data and business metrics to inform decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness.
- Act as a thought partner in change management initiatives, supporting management in communicating and implementing organizational changes.
Talent Management & Development
- Support succession planning and talent review processes to ensure future-ready capabilities.
- Identify skill gaps and collaborate with the management team to create targeted development initiatives.
Performance & Engagement
- Drive performance enablement processes, ensuring goals are aligned with business priorities and feedback is meaningful.
- Partner with management to enhance engagement, culture, and employee experience through data-driven insights.
- Lead initiatives to improve team dynamics, motivation, and retention.
Employee Relations & Culture
- Serve as a trusted advisor and mediator, fostering a culture of openness, fairness, and accountability.
- Support and coach middle managers in addressing complex people issues, ensuring conversations and actions are handled consistently, fairly, and in line with company values and legal standards.
- Provide guidance on sensitive employee relations issues, ensuring consistency and compliance with company values and local legislation.
- Collaborate with leadership to embed company culture and values in all people initiatives and communications.
HR Governance & Collaboration
- Partner closely with HR Managers and External Workforce teams.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies across all countries.
- Contribute to global HR projects and initiatives that enhance the overall employee lifecycle and company growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an HR Business Partner or in a senior advisory HR role, ideally within a multinational or service-based organization.
- Proven experience supporting leaders in strategic people initiatives such as workforce planning, talent development, and organizational design.
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility across all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR metrics and business data to drive results.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in German or another European language is a strong advantage.
- High integrity, professional judgment, and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Willingness to provide a recent criminal record extract (not older than three months).
