Senior HR Executive – Job Description

Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Management
- Develop and implement onboarding and talent retention strategies.
- Mentor and guide junior HR staff in recruitment processes.

Employee Relations & Engagement
- Handle complex employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary actions.
- Design and oversee employee engagement programs and initiatives.
- Advise managers on HR policies, performance management, and conflict resolution.

Payroll & Leave Administration
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including attendance tracking, overtime calculation, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
- Manage employee leave records and ensure accurate leave entitlement and utilization tracking.
- Handle monthly staff claims verification and submission.

HR Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain and update employee records, including personal files, contracts, and amendments.
- Prepare HR-related letters such as offer letters, confirmations, and warnings.

HR Strategy & Policy Development
- Contribute to HR projects such as performance management system enhancements and HRIS implementation.
- Prepare HR analytics and reports for management review.
