Senior HR Business Partner

The role is Sr.HR Business Partner with strong exposure and responsibilities for the following areas: Manage the entire employee life-cycle
Performance Management
Learning & Development
Employee Engagement Internal Communication 
Talent Management and Development 

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with the global business leads to identify, conceptualize and support global HR interventions in the areas of  learning & development, employee engagement and internal communication, as and when required Drives the people strategy, talent management, and implements specific HR strategies to achieve organization goals and objectives
Ensures HR programs and plans are aligned to the business priorities and monitors effectiveness through the tracking of key measures. 
Collaborates with HR program/policy/process owners to deliver effective HR programs.
Supporting the entire PMS process including performance discussions, Coaching managers, grievance handling, compensation reviews etc.
Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures.
Engage with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization.
Aware of  the Labor laws, policies & payroll compliance, routine HR functions & the teams across the assigned geographies.
Designing and ensuring adherence to HR metrics to assist HR management to assess the effectiveness of people management practices, including: recruiting, employee relations, performance management, retention, turnover, talent management, mobility and career progression.
Ensuring adherence to PMS guidelines to build a performance driven culture.
Support the Design of Compensation/Benefits structures in line with local practices, support  compensation surveys and benchmark on global scale

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Candidate must have prior experience of 6+ yrs in various aspects of HR function.
Should have sound knowledge of various HR concepts
Ability to manage time to handle global teams while ensuring your Work life balance is being managed 
Ability to drive engagement and CSR events for the organization
Self motivated with a proactive approach.
Confident and good analytical skills
Should be proficient in Microsoft office.
Excellent Interpersonal skills.
