The Role
As a Senior GTM HR Business Partner (Sr. HRBP), you'll be a critical strategic partner embedded within our global Go-To-Market organization, supporting Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Partnerships. You'll move beyond transactional HR to proactively identify organizational needs specific to revenue-generating functions, shape people strategies that drive commercial outcomes, and coach leaders to build high-performing teams that deliver results. You'll be instrumental in navigating our GTM transformation while maintaining focus on talent, performance, and culture in a global environment.
