The objective of this position is to support the global HR Operations in the Employee Services Hub (ESH) and Group Compensation and Benefits function including but not limited to below:
Job Responsibilities
Manage a variety of the global HR Operations processes in the Global Employee Services Hub supporting APAC, EMEA and US
Work as a Subject Matter Expert in managing the ESH Global Talent Acquisition Operations
Responsible to compile the regular HR reports required by internal stakeholders including headcount, annual leave and TA reports etc.
Work closely with Compensation and Benefit team to support the day-to-day operations as required
Support the Year End process including the annual performance and pay review cycle
Partner with relevant stakeholders to identify opportunities on HR process optimization and automation
Be the backup of the HKHR operations and perform other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned
Opportunity to participate and work in the global HR projects
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or business-related disciplines
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in HR with expertise on HR Operations and C&B preferably in multinational companies
Excellent numerical aptitude with meticulous attention to detail
Proactive, responsible, well-organized and hardworking team player with good communication skill
High proficiency in MS Office and master in Excel skills Proficiency in Google Suite applications (e.g. Google Sheets) is considered an added advantage
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
