The Role

We’re looking for a Senior GTM Recruiter to drive high-impact hiring across Peregrine’s customer-facing organizations: Sales, Solutions, Marketing, Business Development, and RevOps. This is a hands-on, full-cycle recruiting role where you’ll partner directly with GTM leadership, develop a deep understanding of our business, and build the talent engine that powers Peregrine’s growth.

You won’t just fill roles,  you’ll shape how we hire, influence how teams are built, and raise the bar for GTM talent across the company.

What You’ll Do

  • Own end-to-end recruiting for senior, revenue-critical GTM roles, including sourcing, outreach, assessment, and closing.
  • Serve as a strategic talent advisor to GTM leadership, providing market insights, competitive intelligence, and guidance on role scope, leveling, and hiring strategy.
  • Design and execute proactive search strategies, including market mapping and targeted outreach campaigns to engage top passive talent in our core verticals.
  • Personally drive pipeline generation by identifying, engaging, and nurturing high-caliber candidates across the GTM org
  • Deliver a high-touch, white-glove candidate experience, ensuring every interaction reflects Peregrine’s standards and brand.
  • Lead cross-functional recruiting initiatives to improve hiring processes, interviewer quality, and data visibility across GTM hiring.
  • Track and analyze funnel performance and recruiting metrics to inform decisions, identify risks, and keep GTM leaders aligned on progress and next steps.
  • Uphold Peregrine’s bar for excellence by championing structured interviewing, calibration, and consistent evaluation standards.

About You

  • 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 4+ years focused on senior GTM and/ or G&A
  • Deep experience recruiting for GTM roles within high-growth SaaS, AI, or enterprise technology companies.
  • A true full-cycle operator who enjoys both strategic partnership and hands-on execution.
  • Comfortable advising senior leaders, navigating ambiguity, and driving alignment in fast-moving environments.
  • Exceptional sourcing capability — you know how to find, attract, and close top talent in highly competitive markets.
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of improving recruiting systems, workflows, or hiring outcomes.
  • Highly organized, responsive, and deeply candidate-obsessed
  • Willingness to work from our SF office 4x/ week 

Salary Range: $145,000 - $190,000 Annually + Benefits + Equity (if applicable) + Bonus (if applicable)
