Senior Growth Marketing Manager

AI overview

Drive revenue growth and market expansion for Snapdocs by owning web strategy and implementing SEO-driven initiatives to enhance digital presence and customer engagement.

The U.S. mortgage market is a $14 trillion pillar of the economy — and much of it still runs on fax machines, overnight shipping, and manual workflows. Snapdocs is changing that. Our platform currently powers 20% of all real estate closings in the country, and we’re just getting started.

We design workflow software and AI-driven automation that connects lenders, settlement teams, notaries, and investors — eliminating friction, reducing risk, and delivering a faster, simpler closing for every borrower. Our customers range from the largest mortgage lenders to independent title companies. They trust us because we solve real operational pain with empathy, rigor, and reliability.

We’re backed by Sequoia, Y Combinator, and F-Prime, and we’re building for the long term.

Snapdocs is seeking a strategic, hands-on Senior Growth Marketing Manager to own and drive revenue and bookings outcomes across existing and new verticals through our core digital growth engine. This role owns Snapdocs website, leads a major website evolution, and brings deep expertise in SEO-driven growth.

This is a high-ownership role for a results-oriented growth leader who identifies opportunities, builds strategy, sets targets, and tests and iterates relentlessly to achieve outcomes. You’ll be a strong cross-functional partner to Sales and Customer Success, with clear accountability for pipeline, bookings, and revenue impact, and will play a critical role in expanding Snapdocs into new verticals, audiences, and revenue streams.

What You’ll Do

Website Ownership & New Website Project

  • Own Snapdocs.com end-to-end, including strategy, performance, UX, CRO, SEO, and ongoing optimization
  • Lead the planning and execution of a new website initiative (architecture, messaging, SEO migration, CMS, analytics, and post-launch optimization)
  • Partner closely with Product Marketing, Brand, Design, Engineering, and external agencies to ensure the website supports multiple personas, verticals, and revenue motions
  • Establish a scalable website roadmap that supports expansion into new markets, use cases, and product lines

SEO Leadership & Organic Growth

  • Serve as the SEO subject-matter expert, owning technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, internal linking, and site health
  • Build and execute a long-term organic growth strategy explicitly tied to pipeline, bookings, and revenue goals
  • Partner with content and product marketing to develop SEO-driven narratives for new verticals and buyer segments
  • Monitor algorithm changes, conduct audits, and continuously optimize to grow high-intent organic traffic
  • Drive inbound demand from a broad set of verticals and buyer types, with a focus on conversion and revenue quality

Growth Strategy & New Revenue Streams

  • Design and execute growth strategies that help Snapdocs enter and scale new verticals and revenue streams
  • Identify opportunities across personas, industries, and products — and translate them into demand programs, website experiences, and campaigns
  • Support go-to-market efforts for new offerings with targeted acquisition, positioning, and experimentation
  • Own experimentation frameworks to validate new verticals, audiences, and motions quickly and efficiently

Marketing Automation & AI

  • Own lead lifecycle strategy including lead nurturing, scoring, routing, and lifecycle automation in HubSpot
  • Ensure inbound demand is effectively qualified, routed, and converted in partnership with Sales and CS
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to improve efficiency, personalization, and conversion across growth programs

Campaign Strategy & Management

  • Build and scale integrated campaigns aligned to business goals and pipeline growth.
  • Define campaign objectives, KPIs, and success metrics, and execute the right mix of tactics across audiences and lifecycle stages.
  • Own the content calendar and create high-impact messaging, leveraging AI to increase speed and scale while maintaining Snapdocs’ brand voice.
  • Ensure campaigns are integrated with website experiences and conversion paths to drive measurable performance.

Performance Analytics & Optimization

  • Build automated dashboards and reporting to track website performance, SEO impact, funnel conversion, pipeline, and ROI
  • Use insights to inform prioritization, experimentation, and continuous improvement
  • Regularly communicate results, learnings, and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing
  • Proven ownership of a B2B website as a primary growth channel, including SEO, CRO, analytics, and CMS management
  • Expert-level SEO experience, including technical SEO, content strategy, site migrations, and performance measurement
  • Experience leading or playing a major role in a new website build or large-scale redesign
  • Demonstrated ownership of pipeline, bookings, or revenue outcomes tied to inbound and digital growth programs
  • Experience marketing and selling to broad target audiences across multiple verticals, including driving and converting inbound demand for SMB and commercial accounts

  • Proven ability to use data, experimentation, and automation to drive measurable business impact
  • Hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid media (Google, LinkedIn, Microsoft; certifications a plus)
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Sisense)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC), database management, and campaign attribution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional partners
