Eureka.
Position Overview:
The Senior Growth Marketing Manager, will take on our overall organic strategy for Eureka and work with internal and external experts to execute it. As the PLG evangelist in the organization, you’ll be fundamental to Patsnap’s next phase of growth and drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for Eureka. This role is a part of our Marketing West team reporting into our Senior Head of Marketing.
What You'll Be Doing
- Spearhead the development and execution of product-led growth marketing strategies aligned with company goals
- Implement self-serve models and trial programs to empower Eureka users to experience value first-hand
- Develop and execute growth marketing campaigns to acquire new users across various channels, such as paid advertising, compelling content, SEO, partnerships, and more
- Optimize the end-to-end customer journey through seamless onboarding, educational resources, in-app messaging, nurture emails, and more
- Own and report on campaign performance to optimize user onboarding, identify growth opportunities, and refine marketing approaches
- Partner with Product and Product Marketing teams to define and conduct experiments to drive conversions, word-of-mouth recommendation, and adoption
About You
- 5 years of product or growth marketing experience
- Proven track record of leading successful growth initiatives across in-house stakeholders
- Experience working in global organizations or with international markets
- Experience working in B2B SaaS organizations
- Strong analytical skills informing data-driven decision-making
- Significant experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar
- Experience in technical content writing for IP or R&D audiences an advantage
- Experience leading a team of marketing professionals (preferably with experience managing remote teams)
- Can work EST hours and comfortable working across various time zones with global teammates
