As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue expansion. You will lead performance marketing strategy and execution across paid channels, SEO, lifecycle marketing, and experimentation. This is a high-impact, data-driven role for someone who speaks in metrics, ROI, and business outcomes.
The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, owns outcomes, and brings a sharp analytical lens to every marketing decision. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners and lead marketing specialists to drive measurable business results.
What you'll help us with:
Performance & Growth Marketing:
Develop and advise on high-ROI growth strategies across paid media, lifecycle/email, and affiliate.
Own and optimize conversion funnels across key stages (landing → trial → paid → retained) with a CRO mindset.
Own marketing automation including onboarding, trial conversion, and reactivation flows.
Analyze and report on marketing performance using tools like GA4 and Looker.
Plan and execute A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion funnels and reduce churn.
Define and monitor key metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI, conversion rates), using data to guide investment decisions.
Manage a performance marketing budget with accountability for measurable revenue impact ($1M+ in revenue growth).
Continuously optimize campaigns and funnels for scale, efficiency, and growth velocity.
Channel Ownership & Campaign Execution:
Oversee paid acquisition and retargeting campaigns across SEM, Paid Social, and emerging channels.
Lead execution of high-impact campaigns and promotions
Own affiliate marketing channel performance, including onboarding, compliance, and partner management.
What will help you succeed here:
Must Haves:
5+ years in growth or performance marketing in consumer tech startup environments.
Proven experience generating measurable revenue growth through digital marketing channels.
Strong command of performance marketing metrics: CAC, LTV, payback period, retention, churn, ROI.
Advanced analytics skills
Deep expertise in performance marketing and experimentation
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred).
Comfortable in a high-autonomy, fast-paced, and ambiguous startup environment.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across functions and levels.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience managing affiliate partnerships.
Background in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and funnel strategy.
Knowledge of SQL for querying performance data.
Experience managing or mentoring a small team.
