About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Growth Creative to join our team on a permanent basis. You will play a crucial role in the creative execution of all growth marketing briefs for statics and videos aligned for all HeliosX’s brands with an initial focus on our Weightloss category. 

You will report into the Creative Lead and work within the growth marketing team, collaborating with other content creators and channel managers. You will be technically able and extremely creative but with the ability to understand performance marketing data and brand details such as compliance rules on final delivery. You’re a digital native and enjoy creative problem solving - you naturally adapt and find creative solutions using ai tools and your imagination. 

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Ideation and Execution 
  • Driving force behind the creative output, making sure that ideas are not only brought to life but are also perfectly aligned with the overall marketing strategy and the specific needs of each channel.
  • Ensure all ideas are executed to the highest creative standard and aligned to compliance for brand and platforms such as a Meta / Tiktok. 
  • Stay informed on industry best practices, platform updates and emerging technologies to enhance content efficiency and performance (e.g., AI tools for ad creation).
2. Data-Driven Decision Making 
  • Growth mindset who is passionate about experimentation and continuous improvement
  • This role requires a strong analytical approach. You will use data to inform and optimise your creative choices, ensuring that all work is effective and delivers measurable results.
  • You understand the balance between creative execution and performance - you’re able to spot trends and turn them into relevant output for HeliosX brands. 
3. Team Collaboration 
  • Collaborative innovator who enjoys working within teams to bring ideas to life.
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

4. Who You Are

  • The ideal candidate is a Social Native Expert with a deep understanding of platforms like Instagram and TikTok. 
  • You should have a proven track record of creating successful paid social campaigns and a strong ability to use data to optimise content.
  • 3 + years experience in a fast-paced startup or agency environment with a focus on social performance marketing is highly valued, and a strong portfolio is a must.
  • Comfortable in presenting to and working with various Stakeholders across the business
