Designs visually compelling digital marketing materials for diverse brand partners across industries.
Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, iterating based on feedback and performance data.
Demonstrates strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to meet individual and team deadlines.
Adapts easily across projects with varying visual styles while applying advanced technical and design skills.
Collaborates proactively, contributes innovative solutions, and may support or coordinate junior designers while continuing professional growth.
What experiences will help you in this role:
4+ years of professional design experience, including 2+ years in an agency setting and 2+ years in Amazon design.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop).
Strong mastery of typography, spacing, hierarchy, and color theory.
Expertise in designing for multiple screen sizes and platforms (desktop and mobile).
Proven portfolio of e-commerce design work, strong design test performance, and effective English communication skills.
Understanding of Amazon's Platform: Knowing the specific requirements and best practices for designing for Amazon.
Excellent communication skills.

This is a remote position and requires candidates to have an available work-from-home setup
Desktop/Laptop system requirements:
- 4th generation or higher, at least Intel i3 or equivalent processor;
- at least 4GB RAM;
- Windows 10 and above or MAC OSX operating system
- You are required to provide your own dual monitors
A strong and stable internet connection (A DSL, cable or fiber wired internet service with 10 Mbps plan or higher for primary connection)
PC Headset
A high-definition (HD) external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution.
