Senior Graphic Designer

In this role, you will be instrumental in developing visually compelling and impactful designs that support our brand identity and marketing goals. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and deliver a wide range of creative assets, including digital campaigns, website visuals, social media content, and more.

We’re looking for a creative thinker with a strong design portfolio, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging designs across various channels, including digital marketing, landing pages, and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate project goals into effective design solutions.
• Deliver polished, high-quality assets that meet deadlines and project requirements.
• Maintain consistency with Salla’s brand identity across all design touchpoints.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and incorporate best practices into design work.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while effectively prioritizing tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Proven experience in a senior-level graphic design role.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Excellent visual design skills and acute attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present and articulate design concepts clearly.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Up-to-date knowledge of design trends and motion graphics, particularly in marketing and digital content.
• Solid understanding of platform-specific design requirements and best practices.
• Experience designing digital landing pages with a strong grasp of UI/UX principles.
• Prior experience in e-commerce design is a plus.
