We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Studio — a creative powerhouse that turns strategy into visuals that connect. As a senior member of the team, you’ll drive design excellence across marketing campaigns and brand assets, mentoring junior designers and ensuring every piece of work is purposeful, polished, and on-brand.

📅 Experience Level: Senior / Lead Designer
Lead the end-to-end design process — from concept to final delivery — across digital and print media.
Partner with marketing, content, and product teams to create visually compelling assets that strengthen our brand and drive engagement.
Mentor and review the work of junior designers, sharing best practices and elevating design quality across the team.
Develop and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all channels.
Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, communicating creative ideas with clarity and confidence.
Manage multiple projects with a balance of speed, precision, and attention to detail.
Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our creative edge sharp.
5+ years of professional design experience (agency or in-house studio).
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and strong proficiency in Figma or Sketch.
A portfolio showcasing exceptional design craft across marketing, brand, and campaign assets.
Deep understanding of layout, color, typography, and visual hierarchy.
Experience translating business and marketing goals into engaging creative solutions.
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketers, copywriters, and performance teams.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Experience in UI/UX design and familiarity with design systems.
Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Basic understanding of front-end collaboration (HTML/CSS awareness).
