Senior Graphic Designer

Job Description

Collaborate closely with product designers, marketing teams, and stakeholders to understand and translate product requirements into effective design solutions
Develop and execute creative concepts for a wide range of design projects, including marketing materials,product interfaces, and user guides
Create high-quality design assets that adhere to brand guidelines and industry standards
Manage and oversee the design process from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines
Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and technologies, including emerging trends in e-learning and educational technology

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Graphic design field
Proven track record of delivering high-quality design solutions that have positively impacted user experience and brand perception
Expertise in Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques
Experience with user experience (UX) design and user interface (UI) design is a plus
Familiarity with e-learning design principles and best practices is an advantage
