Job Role: Senior Graphic Designer
Compensation range: $1,500 AUD - $2,000 AUD / Monthly
Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement
Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Who The Client Is: This client is a premium performance apparel and accessories brand specializing in technical headwear and outdoor gear for runners, trail athletes, and active lifestyle communities.
Founded in 2018, the business has grown rapidly into a globally distributed eCommerce brand, serving customers across Australia, North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
Role Overview: We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team. This role will be responsible for producing high-quality visual assets across digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and custom product designs, with a strong focus on branding, creativity, and execution.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong design background, excellent visual storytelling skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Experience in custom product design, particularly within apparel or headwear, will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with the creative team to design visually compelling assets for digital
platforms, marketing materials and products
● Work alongside the Custom Design team to assist with managing client custom designs
for headwear
● Logo and pattern creation when required for clients
● Create eye-catching graphics for social media campaigns, emails and website content
when required
● Support the team in conceptualising and executing innovative design graphics and
templates
Required Skills and Qualifications:
● 3+ years of graphic design experience
● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in graphic design or a related field
● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant
design tools (eg Figma)
● Experience designing engaging visuals for social media platforms / marketing channels
● Strong understanding of typography, colour theory and composition
● Ability to work collaboratively and independently
● Excellent communication skills with a positive, proactive mindset
● A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design skills and creativity
