Tide facts:
The Payroll team is building payroll software that's genuinely easy to use, a rarity in this space. We operate with startup speed and autonomy, scaling our product to Tide's 1.6 million members while tackling the complexity of UK payroll compliance.
We work on a modular Go monolith that integrates with Tide's microservices ecosystem. Our architecture is designed for composability: discrete packages (dividends, tax, employees) that can evolve into standalone services as we scale.
