Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional software engineering experience, including solid recent proficiency in Golang.
• Previous experience in financial technology with knowledge of post-trade flows, settlements, or derivatives.
• Strong commitment to Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and ensuring code is thoroughly tested, documented, and validated.
• Proficiency working with SDKs, APIs, automated code generation, and OpenAPI/Swagger specifications.
• Practical experience with Clean Architecture (considered a significant advantage).
• Ability to thrive and adapt within a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Chinese (Mandarin) is a big plus

Responsibilities:

• Join a growing tech team, reporting to the Head of Engineering and collaborating closely with the CPO, Product Managers, and fellow engineers.
• Build core systems from scratch within a new derivatives team, designing and maintaining a robust, secure crypto trading platform.
• Implement and manage rigorous security measures across the platform.
• Develop and optimize high-performance APIs.
• Design and execute automated testing suites to ensure system reliability.
• Participate actively in code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
• Manage and improve Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Implement technical solutions to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.
