Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer support, and product teams to find innovative ways to increase lead generation and customer retention
  • Leverage expertise to improve our GTM stack to enhance data-driven marketing workflows, lead enrichment, and automated outreach
  • Opportunity to drive the optimization of the entire buying journey and complete customer lifecycle through impactful development projects
  • Conduct data analysis to uncover actionable business insights while collaborating with key stakeholders to align on product objectives and data requirements
  • Provide senior-level implementation for new projects across the GTM stack
  • Implement full test automation for your work (we have a culture of ownership and quality)
  • Own projects from a technical perspective, from conceptualization to launch
  • Solve complex, but fun, technical challenges
  • Research, propose, test, and implement new techniques and technologies
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on design techniques and coding standards

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of software development with C# and .NET/Core
  • Strong ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders outside of the engineering 
  • Strong experience with user analytics tools (Amplitude preferred)
  • Strong experience with CRM systems (Hubspot preferred)
  • Strong TDD and test automation skills (both unit and integration testing)
  • Strong SQL skills (Microsoft SQL Server preferred)
  • Experience integrating with Third-party apis
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud
  • Azure DevOps experience is a plus
