What your day-to-day will look like
• Owning end-to-end hiring for strategic Finance and Corporate Functions roles across multiple geographies;
• Acting as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers, Directors, VPs, and C-level stakeholders throughout the hiring process;
• Partnering closely with HRBPs and business leaders to align talent strategies with organizational priorities and growth objectives;
• Building strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, market mapping, and consultative talent attraction strategies;
• Bringing market intelligence, talent insights, and external perspectives to support hiring decisions and workforce planning;
• Navigating complex hiring environments, compensation discussions, governance processes, and prioritization demands;
• Elevating candidate experience while maintaining high hiring standards, operational excellence, and hiring velocity.
What you need to shine in this role
• Strong Talent Acquisition experience with exposure to Finance and Corporate Functions hiring;
• Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth, or global business environments;
• Strong stakeholder management and consultative influence skills, with confidence interacting with executive-level leaders;
• Ability to balance business urgency, hiring quality, market realities, and strategic decision-making;
• Executive communication skills, business acumen, and a high sense of ownership and autonomy;
• Fluent spoken and written English.
Bonus points if you have
• Experience hiring globally across LATAM, US, or APAC;
• Experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, or tech-driven companies;
• Experience supporting executive or highly strategic hiring initiatives in competitive talent markets.
