Senior Geotechnical Engineer

• Manage staff workloads and schedules
• Hire, train and supervise personnel
• Manage client expectations and communication
• Plans, develops, coordinates and directs small & large projects with complex features.
• Perform technical engineering
• Track projects budgets and schedules and reviews reports.
• Ascertain that deliverables are submitted to the client on schedule and within budget.
• Maintain existing clients and develop new business.
• Attend business networking functions to grow business
• Participate in the growth and business development of Converse

• Bachelor's Degree at a minimum, Master’s Degree preferred
• Registered Civil and Geotechnical Engineer
