One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior Gen AI Software Engineer in Canada.

As a Senior Gen AI Software Engineer, you will be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge AI-powered solutions that transform business operations. This role focuses on designing and building intelligent agents to enhance core functions such as sales, customer success, and finance. You’ll work on leveraging advanced technologies like vision models, diffusion models, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems to drive product innovation and redefine how the business automates and optimizes workflows. Accountabilities:

• Architect scalable and interoperable AI agents that automate workflows across various functions, including sales, customer success, and finance.
• Prototype and validate Gen AI solutions rapidly, iterating to deliver production-ready solutions.
• Collaborate with decision-makers and subject matter experts to understand workflows and integrate AI into daily operations seamlessly.
• Design systems that manage uncertain AI outputs, creating reliable guardrails and flexible products for generative AI environments.
• Implement evaluation frameworks, monitoring systems, and dashboards to assess the performance of AI models.
• Lead research on LLMs and generative AI advancements, proposing new product initiatives based on emerging capabilities.
• Mentor engineering team members and foster a culture of shared learning and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in building AI products from scratch and strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with autonomous Gen AI agents, particularly in sales, customer support, or other business functions.
• Expertise in multi-agent systems, task decomposition, and developing evaluation frameworks for Gen AI products.
• Proficient in prompt engineering and optimizing AI models through iterative experimentation.
• Ability to handle ambiguity, make quick decisions, and adapt strategies as new information emerges.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
