Senior Functional Consultant – CLM (Federal/GovCon)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Functional Consultant – CLM to join our Federal/GovCon practice in Reston, VA.

This role is ideal for a senior-level consultant with deep CLM expertise (Icertis preferred) who thrives in client-facing environments and has experience supporting U.S. federal agencies or government contractors.

You will lead full lifecycle CLM implementations, act as a trusted advisor to public sector clients, and contribute to CloudMoyo’s growing CLM Center of Excellence (CoE).

Key Responsibilities

CLM Implementation & Consulting Leadership

• Lead end-to-end CLM implementations for U.S. federal and GovCon client.
• Conduct discovery workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution design
• Drive configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare support
• Ensure solutions align with federal compliance, regulatory, and security requirements

Federal / GovCon Client Advisory

• Serve as a trusted advisor to government contractors and federal stakeholders
• Translate federal acquisition processes and compliance frameworks into scalable SaaS solutions
• Lead client demos, training sessions, and executive presentations
• Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders

Center of Excellence (CoE) & Managed Services

• Contribute to CloudMoyo’s CLM Center of Excellence, including consulting, AMS, and transformation initiatives
• Mentor junior consultants and support capability building within the Federal practice
• Drive continuous improvement beyond ticket-based support to increase client maturity and adoption

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Product, Engineering, QA, and CloudOps teams for high-quality solution delivery
• Contribute to documentation, governance, reporting, and engagement financial oversight
• Support AI-enabled use cases within CLM implementations

Required Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience implementing Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) or enterprise SaaS platforms
• Strong hands-on expertise in Icertis or another leading CLM platform (mandatory)
• Experience leading at least 3+ full lifecycle enterprise implementations
• Prior experience supporting U.S. Federal or Government Contracting (GovCon) clients
• Strong knowledge of federal contracting processes and compliance requirements
• Proven client-facing consulting experience with executive-level communication skills
• Team leadership or mentoring experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with federal acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS exposure preferred)
• Exposure to S2P / Q2P ecosystems
• Experience in Managed Services or CoE-driven delivery models
• Understanding of SaaS security frameworks and government compliance standards
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related field

Work Requirements

• Based in or willing to relocate to Reston, VA
• Hybrid/onsite presence as required by client engagements
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. government security clearance (if required by engagement)
• Willingness to travel for client engagements

Pay Scale:

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At CloudMoyo, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:

Annual Compensation:

Base - $100 - $120K

Variable – $10 – $20K

OTE – $110 - $140K
