About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer to help build and evolve our SaaS platform, a key driver of our company’s growth.
In this role, you will contribute to the platform’s architecture, develop new features, and optimize existing systems. You’ll collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and other engineers to ensure the platform meets business needs and delivers value.
What you will be doing
Work with product managers and stakeholders to define platform requirements and shape its roadmap.
Lead cross-team projects from planning to rollout, ensuring alignment across engineering, product, and other teams.
Design and develop high-quality, scalable features for the platform.
Partner with UX/UI designers, product managers, and engineers to create a seamless user experience.
Maintain high coding standards with code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration.
Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing components for optimal performance.
Simplify and refine the platform’s architecture to reduce technical debt and improve maintainability.
Assess third-party tools to streamline development and enhance platform capabilities.
Maintain clear, comprehensive documentation for development and refactoring efforts.
Support developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
What you will bring to Ogury
Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle.
Experience managing projects.
5+ years in software development, with a focus on full-stack development, a proficiency in JavaScript (our stack is Typescript, React, Nest.js) and the openness to work on other languages (Rails, Java)
Strong understanding of APIs, databases (SQL, NoSQL), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
Problem-solver with strong teamwork and communication skills.
Comfortable working in a global team.
A bonus would be experience in AdTech.
