🚀 About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer who loves building fast, scalable integrations and elegant systems.
You’ll work directly with the CTO (technical co-founder) and CEO to connect Topliner with recruiting platforms, AI pipelines, and scheduling systems - building real features that ship weekly and impact paying users.

This role starts part-time with a path to full-time and equity for the right person.

⚙️ Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js and Laravel (PHP).
• Build integrations with tools like Loxo, Metaview, GetSales, and Calendly.
• Design and optimise APIs, background jobs, and data sync pipelines.
• Implement auth flows, queue processing, and data caching (Redis, MySQL).
• Develop frontend components in React + TypeScript for internal and client-facing interfaces.
• Work directly with the CTO and founders on product and architecture decisions.

🧠 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack or backend development.
• Strong command of Node.js, Laravel/PHP, and MySQL.
• Solid experience with React and TypeScript on the frontend.
• Hands-on experience with API integrations, OAuth, and async job queues.
• Understanding of scalable system design and data pipelines.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

• Experience integrating with OpenAI API or other LLM-based tools.
• Familiarity with HRTech, B2B SaaS, or recruiting systems.
• Experience deploying with Docker, AWS, or CI/CD pipelines.
• You live inside Cursor or love coding in the terminal.
