Senior Fullstack Developer

Our Digital Experience Unit team is dedicated to delivering top-tier solutions to our clients. As a seasoned Senior Full Stack Developer, you'll play a key role in shaping technology decisions, designing and implementing solutions, and driving the daily development of our ongoing and future web applications. 

The stack is pretty straightforward: React, Next.js, Node.js and TypeScript. You will also play a critical role in mentoring other developers on the team, putting your heads together when going ‘headless’ or modernizing existing architectures.

Requirements

Your tasks will be

• Define, design, and implement the project's architecture while assuring the code's high quality aligns with the overarching strategic goals.
• Participate in the design and development of our digital experience platform product, making it a top-notch experience from start to finish.
• Deliver custom features based on a leading true headless, TypeScript-based CMS.
• Build jaw-dropping frontend applications with React and Next.js that’ll make everyone React, 'What's Next?'
• Audit, refactor, and maintain existing Node.js backends and React-based admin interfaces, ensuring they become faster and more reliable.
• Harmonize API communication and features across our web solutions, PWAs and native Android components.
• Develop custom middleware and backend-for-frontend solutions that complement our products.
• Take part in the design, development, and maintenance of our project architecture. We code it, and we run it.
• Facilitate the professional growth of fellow developers through training and mentorship. We are big advocates of lifelong learning.
• Identify and resolve technical impediments and legacy bottlenecks, ensuring the smooth progression of the project by navigating through turbulence.
• Advocate for the best technical practices within your team, contributing to a technologically forward environment. Rest assured, we will provide the right environment to support you.

We need you to have

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer—half a stack doesn’t count.
• Capability to translate business processes into development workflows and can effectively communicate with stakeholders.
• Proficiency with our core tech stack, including Node.js, React (with Next.js), TypeScript, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with PWAs and hybrid mobile solutions (WebView wrappers) is a strong advantage.
• A strong backend approach with tangible skills in cloud architecture, databases, DevOps, container technologies, serverless services, etc.
• Passion for quality, testing, and impeccable end results.
• Exemplary English and fluent Hungarian communication skills.
