As a Senior Full-stack Engineer, you will:

Build scalable, E2E, enterprise-grade solutions for Gong’s biggest customers.
Design authentication, authorization, and data access mechanisms that balance security, usability, and flexibility.
Solve complex system design challenges to deliver rich functionality while ensuring reliability, performance, and an outstanding experience.
Collaborate across teams to set standards and architectures that accelerate innovation around the Gong platform.

You should apply if you are:

A software engineer with 7+ years of industry experience developing web applications.
Someone with an understanding of full system flows from frontend to backend, with an emphasis on scale and security.
Proficient with React or similar web frameworks, state management, and web build tools.

Someone with a deep understanding of API design, security best practices, and developer experience.
