We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Full-Stack developer to lead our technology vision and drive scalable growth. You’ll own InEvent’s tech strategy, lead engineering teams, and build secure, high-performance systems that power our products and services. This is a key leadership role with real influence over product direction and business outcomes.

What You’ll Do

Define and execute a technology roadmap aligned with business goals and rapid scaling.
Lead and mentor engineering and technology teams, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous learning.
Drive digital transformation and improve product, platform, and process efficiency.
Design and oversee secure, scalable system architecture and infrastructure.
Manage the tech budget and make smart, cost-effective technology decisions.
Work closely with founders, leadership, and stakeholders to turn business needs into technical solutions.
Manage vendors, cloud platforms, and technology partners.
Ensure strong data security, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
5+ years in a senior technology leadership role (startup experience a plus).
Strong background in software development, cloud platforms, and system architecture.
Proven experience scaling products, teams, and infrastructure.
Solid understanding of cybersecurity, data protection, and best practices.
Strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves when needed.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Must be comfortable working in a remote setting.
Fluent English and Portuguese Speaker.

Nice to Have

Master’s degree or relevant certifications (AWS, PMP, ITIL, CISSP).
Experience with Agile and DevOps environments.
