About Our Customer:
The customer is the leading European provider of e-tendering, procurement systems, and information between buyers and suppliers. The European government is a major user of their services.
About Our Project:
The customer landed an enterprise level project within the space of Procure-2-Pay in August 2022. The project is for the Danish government and the scope is procurement, invoice workflow management, and contract management. We have had this customer using our platform since 2014, but the new tender also includes a lot of new changes, including minimum requirement to deliver a completely new invoice workflow solution handling the entire payment plan for the Danish government. The project has approximately 350 functional requirements, 150 non-functional, and 50 process requirements to be delivered within the scope of the project.
