Build and scale core systems powering Tesorio’s platform while delivering customer impact and making sound tradeoffs in a dynamic environment.

Tesorio builds software that helps companies manage and optimize cash flow, one of the most critical and complex areas of finance. Our platform powers billions in B2B transactions and is used daily by finance teams at leading companies to improve how they collect, forecast, and deploy cash. We operate in a space where data, systems, and real-world financial workflows intersect, and where speed and accuracy directly impact business outcomes. Role

Build and scale core systems powering Tesorio’s platform. You’ll own problems end-to-end, ship quickly in a low-structure environment, and work across backend, APIs, and frontend.

What You’ll Do

Ship end-to-end features across backend, APIs, and frontend
Design and evolve scalable backend systems for complex financial workflows
Turn ambiguous problems into clear, practical solutions
Work closely with Product and Design to deliver customer impact
Make sound tradeoffs between speed, quality, and long-term scalability

What We’re Looking For

Experience building large-scale systems and working on complex backend architecture in high-bar environments (e.g. scaled startups or top-tier engineering orgs); strong backend fundamentals (Python preferred)
Recent experience operating in fast-paced, low-structure teams, with a track record of shipping quickly, making decisions with incomplete information, and operating with minimal process or oversight
Clear ownership of meaningful work: you can explain what you built, why it mattered, and what changed as a result, demonstrating end-to-end responsibility and strong decision-making
Comfort using AI tools as part of your development workflow, focusing on leverage, iteration speed, and judgment over manual coding
Ability to work across the stack: strong backend engineer who can also contribute to APIs, data workflows, and frontend when needed
