Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (React/C#)

As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you’ll be shaping solutions for some of Australia’s most recognisable brands, working in an Agile environment where innovation, quality and collaboration are at the heart of everything we do. You’ll be hands-on with React and .NET (C#), tackling complex problems, crafting elegant solutions and delivering products that make a real impact. 

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable full stack applications using .NET (C#) and React.

• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand requirements, share progress, and ensure solutions meet business needs.

• Champion Agile practices, actively participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.

• Mentor and support junior developers, encouraging knowledge sharing and skill development.

• Ensure code quality through peer reviews, automated testing, and adherence to best practices.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise applications for performance, security, and usability.

• Maintain clear, concise documentation to support ongoing development and client handover.

• Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, tools, and ways of working.

About You

You’re a technically strong and people-focused engineer with a proven track record of supporting successful software delivery. You’re passionate about writing clean code, mentoring others, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build digital products that make a real impact. 

Required Experience

• Strong commercial experience with C# and .NET for back-end development.

• Proven expertise with React for building responsive, user-friendly interfaces.

• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices.

• Hands-on experience deploying or supporting applications on AWS.

• Proficiency in SQL and database-driven application development.

• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with proven success working in Agile teams.

• A proactive, continuous learning mindset and the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges.

• Candidates must be based within the metropolitan area of Manila with a strong reliable internet connection.
