Senior Full-Stack Lead Developer / Architect

• Architect and build core SaaS features for a web-based platform (B2B/customer-facing).

• Make key technical decisions on frameworks, CI/CD, infrastructure, and tooling.

• Lead code reviews and establish engineering best practices.

• Partner closely with product and design to shape new features.

• Contribute across the stack: backend (Python, Postgres, APIs) and frontend (TypeScript, React/Vue).

• Balance hands-on coding with guiding architectural direction.

• 8–10+ years of software engineering experience.

• Experience as a founding engineer or as the primary architect for a SaaS product, seeing it through 2+ years of development.

• Strong backend (Python, databases, APIs, security) and frontend (React/Vue, TypeScript, SPAs) experience.

• Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker, IaC).

• Track record of proposing and implementing frameworks and tools from scratch.

• Comfortable in a startup environment—proactive, resourceful, and able to wear multiple hats.

Nice to Have

• Experience with applied AI/ML in SaaS platforms.

• Background in B2B SaaS or automation for complex workflows.
