Senior Full-stack Engineer | Pune

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to support and evolve a large portfolio of corporate and marketing websites. This role will work across legacy CMS platforms and modern JavaScript frameworks, contributing to both day-to-day delivery and longer-term platform modernisation initiatives.

You will collaborate with global teams across development, QA, design, and DevOps to deliver reliable, scalable web solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Development & Delivery

• Develop and maintain websites built on Drupal and WordPress

• Build and enhance frontend applications using React and Vue.js

• Work across legacy systems and new-stack projects in parallel

• Implement features, enhancements, and bug fixes across multiple sites

• Ensure code quality, performance, security, and maintainability

Collaboration & Support

• Work closely with designers, QA, and DevOps teams

• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and technical discussions

• Review code and provide guidance to junior and mid-level developers

• Support website migrations, redesigns, and platform upgrades

Requirements

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years of professional web development experience

• Strong experience with Drupal and/or WordPress

• Solid frontend experience with React and/or Vue.js

• Experience working with APIs, CMS integrations, and modern build tools

• Comfortable working in a distributed, global team environment

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

• Fluent English

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Experience with headless CMS or decoupled architectures

• Familiarity with accessibility and performance best practices

• Previous experience mentoring junior developers.
