We are seeking a FullStack Engineer to join this mission.
📍: We are a distributed team and aim to create opportunities for people to come together in person. Our headquarters are in Vienna, Austria and while we are open to remote candidates, presence in Vienna is highly preferred.
We're seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to build and operate modern web applications. You'll work in an Agile team, delivering high-quality software across the entire stack.
You'll work across the entire stack:
Design RESTful APIs and build backend services with Java 21+ and Spring Boot 3+
Develop frontend applications with TypeScript and Angular 19+
Write comprehensive automated tests across all layers
Work with PostgreSQL for data modeling and RabbitMQ for messaging
Deploy containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
Beyond code, you'll make pragmatic technical decisions balancing delivery with maintainability, and own systems from implementation through operation.
5+ years of experience delivering and operating production-grade software with responsibility for deployments and incident response
Experience building full stack applications with modern frameworks
Strong knowledge of Java, TypeScript, Spring Boot, and Angular
Experience with PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, and cloud-native architecture
Hands-on Docker and Kubernetes experience
Understanding of testing methodologies and clean code practices
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows
Able break down complex challenges into implementable solutions
Considers wider operational and user impact
Able to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Treats maintainability, testability, security, and reliability as priorities
Compensation Range: €75,000 - €90,000 per year depending on experience
