Senior Full Stack Engineer (India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of a global SaaS platform. You will work across a broad tech stack, from responsive user interfaces to server-side APIs, ensuring seamless integration, scalability, and high performance. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to building robust, secure, and modular systems that support millions of users. Accountabilities:

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Express, and related frameworks (NestJS, Vite, Next.js a plus).
• Design and implement server-side APIs, data models, and business logic with a focus on scalability and reliability.
• Build reusable and modular components to promote maintainability and code reusability.
• Optimize database schemas, queries, and interactions with PostgreSQL.
• Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Participate in code reviews, mentor team members, and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging web development trends, frameworks, and best practices.
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions effectively to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in full-stack development, with strong expertise in TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Proven ability to design, code, test, and maintain complex applications.
• Strong experience with React, Express, and relational databases (PostgreSQL).
• Knowledge of SaaS platforms, RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and asynchronous programming.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Chai, Storybook, React Testing Library) and automated testing (Cypress).
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in remote, cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail with a customer-focused mindset.
